Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Arnold Vincent!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Aldrar Gore!
The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Reed Andrews and Alyssa Summers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Vincent shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Vincent postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Gore tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Gore is still trying to improve position.
Vincent distracts Gore with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Vincent lands a couple of digs.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Gore is on top in guard.

Vincent throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
Vincent bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Gore's guard.

Vincent postures up and lands a big shot to Gore's brow.
Vincent chips away with some ground and pound.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Vincent is in close to Gore's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Vincent is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gore looking to hit a scissor sweep but Vincent is one step ahead there.
Gore lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Vincent really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Gore drops back looking for a leg! Vincent is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Vincent manages to kick Gore off! Gore jumps back into Vincent's guard.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Vincent looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

Vincent working for a triangle but Gore defends it easily.
Gore pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Vincent is keeping the position for now.

Gore drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Vincent manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Gore has Vincent in his guard.


Vincent drops back looking for a leg! Gore is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Gore manages to kick Vincent off! Vincent jumps back into Gore's guard.
Gore tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Gore looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Vincent puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
Gore wants to get back to full guard.
Vincent seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Gore is looking to improve his position.

Gore keeps trying to improve his position.
Gore looks winded!
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Vincent lands a nice short elbow.
Vincent looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Vincent working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Vincent perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Vincent looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Gore with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Gore looking for submissions off his back.
Gore is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Vincent's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Vincent's back!

Gore is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Vincent with him. Vincent is trying to defend but Gore has an arm under the chin now! Vincent grimaces and is forced to tap out!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Aldrar Gore!
