Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Eugenio Wolfe (ranked 6034 p4p, 0 weight class) and Krzysztof Diaz (ranked 4652 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Wagner Zegers and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wolfe shoots in and bounces Diaz off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wolfe won't allow Diaz to get back to his feet.
Wolfe decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
The fight stays on the outside here - Diaz looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Wolfe shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Wolfe was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Wolfe seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Diaz for as long as he can get away with.

Wolfe has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Wolfe has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Diaz clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

Eugenio Wolfe overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Can Diaz hold on?! Wolfe is landing more strikes to his hapless foe.
Diaz is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by Wolfe.

Wolfe has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Diaz has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
