The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mcallister misses with a double jab.
Mcallister scores with a nice head shot.
It looks like Tico Martinez has been cut. Martinez slips under a jab. Mcallister throws a wild combination but nothing lands. A punch combination from Martinez misses. Mcallister unleashes a big counter combination but Martinez bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. Mcallister connects with a single shot there. Nice shot lands for Martinez. Mcallister misses with a straight right. Mcallister avoids the body shot from Martinez.
Martinez connects with a looping right hand.
Martinez works Mcallister's body with a nice hook. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Mcallister lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Martinez circles away quickly and effectively. Mcallister getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Martinez misses with a two punch combination.

That's one minute gone in the round. Mcallister keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Martinez. Mcallister looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Mcallister jabbing away but nothing is landing. Mcallister fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Martinez manages to avoid it. Martinez throws a right and a left that Mcallister avoids nicely. Mcallister walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Martinez pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Mcallister uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Martinez. Martinez with a hook. Martinez moves out of range of the strikes. Mcallister defending well as Martinez loads up on a big left hand. Martinez connects with a quick right hand that sends Mcallister tumbling backwards onto the canvas! As his head bounces into the ropes, it doesn't look good for him beating the count! 3,4,5,6,7 and he's up! No, he's back down again! This one is all over - the referee has called off the fight!
