The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Fighter 1. Dungey does a little dance to reset his feet.
Fighter 1 throws the left hand but Dungey avoids the punch easily.
Dungey connects with a right hand. Fighter 1 shakes it off.
Dungey has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Fighter 1 is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Dungey bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Fighter 1's head backwards.
Dungey blocks a head kick by Fighter 1.
Fighter 1 throws a head kick that misses.

Dungey lands a big uppercut and Fighter 1 crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Fighter 1 looks OK. Dungey waves Fighter 1 back to his feet!

Fighter 1 is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Fighter 1 throws an overhand right that lands on Dungey's shoulder, as Dungey tries to avoid the shot.
Sparring Fighter 1 seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A nice inside leg kick there by Dungey. That's going to slow Fighter 1 down.
Fighter 1 throws a head kick that misses
and Dungey counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Fighter 1 throws a lazy uppercut

and Dungey counters with a crisp right hand that drops Fighter 1! Dungey lets Fighter 1 back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Oh Fighter 1 is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Fighter 1 pulls out of a head kick attempt.
