Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Genri Nambu (ranked 22771 p4p, 563 weight class) and Emanuel Rodrigez (ranked 1361 p4p, 183 weight class). Emanuel Rodrigez is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Genri Nambu! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
14 - 23 - 0, fighting out of London, Emanuel Rodrigez! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, James Ackerman and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rodrigez moves into the clinch. Nambu tries to circle away but Rodrigez has him pinned against the cage. Rodrigez misses with a hook from the clinch. Rodrigez is trying to force a seperation but Nambu has the dominant position. Nambu has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Rodrigez wants to take the fight to the mat but Nambu manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Nambu wants to break free but Rodrigez has control.
Rodrigez goes for a takedown in the clinch but Nambu prevents it.
Rodrigez wants to get back to striking at distance but Nambu won't allow it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rodrigez can't break the clinch.
Nambu gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Rodrigez.
Genri Nambu has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Emanuel Rodrigez. Nambu breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rodrigez clinches up with Nambu and pushes him back against the cage. Nambu tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Nambu's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Nambu displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Rodrigez. Nambu punishes Rodrigez's body with a nice straight punch. Nambu connects with a body shot that sends Rodrigez's belly button to the back. Rodrigez darts in and clinches Nambu up against the cage. Nambu tries to break the clinch but Rodrigez is controlling the position. Nambu breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Nambu scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Nambu throws a jab but it's blocked by Rodrigez. Good exchange - Nambu coming out on top. Nambu jabs Rodrigez to the body, keeping him at a distance.
That's two minutes gone in the round. This has been an exciting period of action! Rodrigez shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Nambu pinned against the cage. Nambu gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Rodrigez with a poor takedown and Nambu counters with a nice uppercut. Nambu lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Nambu throws a looping overhand right but Rodrigez ducks down to avoid it. Rodrigez misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Nambu cracks Rodrigez with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Rodrigez shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Nambu counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Rodrigez tries to clinch there but Nambu circles away.
Rodrigez shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Nambu napping and manages to drive through into side control! A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. Nambu tries to escape but Rodrigez is in control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rodrigez decides to stand up, so the ref orders Nambu to his feet. Rodrigez fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Nambu avoids it really well and circles away. Rodrigez misses with a takedown attempt - Nambu sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Rodrigez takes one to the side of the head.
Nambu thows a left - swing and a miss! Rodrigez shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Nambu's guard. Nambu is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Rodrigez presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat. The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Nambu looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Nambu is trying to break free. Nambu tries to break the clinch but Rodrigez is controlling the position. Rodrigez successfully pulls guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Rodrigez has Nambu pulled in close to control his posture. Nambu gets to his feet. Rodrigez looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Rodrigez misses with a takedown attempt and Nambu counters with a lovely straight right hand! Rodrigez shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Nambu counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Rodrigez takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Genri Nambu dominated that round. That's time! Nambu's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Nambu throws a hook but Rodrigez avoids it easily. Nambu displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Rodrigez. Rodrigez fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Nambu checks it well. Nambu throwing a counter right hand but Rodrigez manages to avoid it. Nambu scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. A big left from Nambu misses. A swing and a miss from Nambu. No luck for Rodrigez with that takedown attempt. Rodrigez closes the distance looking to clinch and Nambu connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rodrigez fails with a takedown attempt. Genri Nambu has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Emanuel Rodrigez. Rodrigez slips under a jab from Nambu. Rodrigez has his takedown stuffed and Rodrigez takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rodrigez looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Rodrigez with a poor takedown letting Nambu counter with a right hand. Emanuel Rodrigez is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. A jab from Nambu misses. Rodrigez unleashes a big counter combination but Nambu bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. Nambu lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Nambu dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Rodrigez fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Nambu, pushing him back against the cage. Rodrigez is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Nambu breaks from the clinch.
Nambu takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Nambu lands a jab to the head.
Nambu leaves Rodrigez with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rodrigez shoots in looking for a takedown. Nambu tries to sprawl out of it but Rodrigez keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Nambu manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Nambu was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. A combination from Nambu does no damage. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Rodrigez tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Nambu paws at him with a jab and circles away. Emanuel Rodrigez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Nambu fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Rodrigez manages to avoid it. Rodrigez tries to clinch but Nambu moves out of range. Rodrigez gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Nambu counters with a stiff right hand. Nambu connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Nambu connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Rodrigez is rocked! Genri Nambu is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Rodrigez tries for a takedown but Nambu circles away easily and Nambu counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Rodrigez is still on wobbly legs! Can Nambu finish him? Genri Nambu is winning the standup battle so far. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Rodrigez. Rodrigez seems to have recovered his senses. Rodrigez is breathing heavily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nambu throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Nambu circles away from the clinch attempt.

Nambu scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Rodrigez gets in close and instigates a clinch. Nambu has had enough of the clinch but Rodrigez keeps him there for the moment. Nambu blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Rodrigez manages to break the clinch.
Rodrigez looks to clinch and Nambu counters with a straight right hand. Nambu connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Rodrigez! He's out on his feet! Nambu rushes in and drops Rodrigez with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:52 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Genri Nambu! Our winner, Genri Nambu, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans. The defeated Emanuel Rodrigez had this to say: 'PUTA!!!'.
