Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between William Bonin (ranked 3853 p4p, 435 weight class) and Billy Quinn (ranked 2394 p4p, 305 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, William Bonin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Billy Quinn! The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Sosuke Kotani and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Quinn fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Bonin checks it well. Quinn's jab looks to have found its range, popping Bonin under the eye. Quinn gets the takedown into side control. Bonin is trying to get back to half guard. Quinn looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Quinn tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. Quinn controlling from side mount. Bonin tries to improve position but can't. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Quinn working the ground and pound but Bonin is defending the strikes. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Quinn is putting a hurting on Bonin here, landing some big shots from side control. Quinn connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Bonin is rocked! Quinn postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Bonin badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Quinn around the waist but Quinn pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Quinn is the winner by TKO! Quinn jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Billy Quinn! In his post fight interview, Billy Quinn started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
