Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sake Chu (ranked 3118 p4p, 297 weight class) and Bunny Anstey (ranked 3399 p4p, 314 weight class). Chu comes to the cage accompanied by Daughtry - Renegade. Bunny Anstey acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Sake Chu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 34 - 20 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Bunny Anstey!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chu uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Anstey.
Chu throws a low kick, looking for Anstey's leg but Anstey calmly moves out of range.
Anstey is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Anstey changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Anstey looks for the body kick but Chu saw that one coming.
Chu tried to score with a low kick but Anstey checks it.
Chu throws the left hand but Anstey avoids the punch easily.
Anstey lands a nice hook to Chu's body. Chu takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Chu goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.


It looks like Bunny Anstey has been cut.
Chu misses with a wild combination.
Anstey looks for a takedown but Chu sprawls well.
Chu thows a left - swing and a miss!
Chu looks for the body kick but Anstey saw that one coming.

No joy there for Anstey, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Anstey steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Chu.
Anstey darts in looking for a takedown but Chu gets double underhooks and turns Anstey into the cage.
Chu was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Chu connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

Anstey lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
A big left from Chu misses.
A slapping leg kick lands for Chu.

Anstey fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Chu has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

It looks like Sake Chu has been cut.
Chu misses with a kick to the body.
And Anstey tries to counter it with a takedown but Chu pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Anstey throws a head kick that half lands.

Anstey shoots in for a takedown and gets it.

Chu is looking for a sweep. Anstey is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Anstey is looking to stall here but Chu recovers full guard.
Anstey postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Anstey trying to control but Chu is working from the bottom.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Anstey accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Anstey can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Chu controls the pace.

Anstey can't keep his opponent in guard - Chu advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Chu will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Anstey wants to improve his position but Chu is controlling well.
Anstey is trying to stand up here but Chu is controlling him well.
Anstey is looking to control Chu's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Anstey avoid being mounted?
Chu works his way into full mount!
Chu prevents Anstey from getting the reversal.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
BOOM! Chu connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Chu throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Anstey because Chu loaded up on that one.
Anstey wants to hold on but Chu pushes him away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sake Chu dominated that round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Chu is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Anstey misses with an uppercut. Chu saw that one coming.
Anstey needs to keep his hands up - Chu had a free shot at his head there.

Chu walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Anstey seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
