Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Halldor Omarsson (ranked 2189 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rashid Magomedhanov (ranked 2691 p4p, 0 weight class). Omarsson has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Halldor Omarsson has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Halldor Omarsson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rashid Magomedhanov! The judges for this bout are John Roberts, David Schapiro and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Magomedhanov has Omarsson up against the cage in a clinch.
Omarsson is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Magomedhanov drags the fight down to the ground.
Omarsson gets to his feet - Magomedhanov follows without any prompting. Omarsson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Magomedhanov steps into range and cracks Omarsson with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Omarsson flops backwards and Magomedhanov dives into his guard looking to finish!
Omarsson is rocked!
It looks like Halldor Omarsson has been cut. Omarsson is breathing heavily. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Magomedhanov decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Omarsson, up you get! Oh Omarsson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Omarsson walks straight into a right hand from Magomedhanov - that's dropped him! Magomedhanov jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Omarsson from any more punishment! Omarsson complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
