The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Montana throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Machado's waist but Machado gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Montana off to one side.
Montana doesn't manage to clinch there - Machado circles away.
Montana lets his hands go wild with a nice combination. Left! Right! Uppercut! Spinning backfist! Machado goes down and covers up as Montana starts wailing on him! The ref watches the action closely before stepping in and putting a stop to the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Coke Montana!
Our winner, Coke Montana, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
