Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Haka Motu (ranked 2853 p4p, 0 weight class) and Josh Haley (ranked 6741 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haley has managed to clinch.
Haley content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Motu tries to break free but Haley pushes him back against the cage.
Haley tries for a takedown but Motu manages to get underhooks.
Motu tries to pull guard but Haley forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

Motu knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Haley on the ground.

Haley is looking to work some ground and pound but Motu has wrist control.

Motu misses with a straight left.
Motu connects with a single shot there.
Haley throws a right hand that Motu ducks under and follows up with a left that Motu also avoids with ease.
Motu misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Haley.

Haley throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Motu.
Haley connects with a nice looking jab.
Haley fails to land the takedown.
Motu throws the left hand but Haley avoids the punch easily.
Motu slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Josh Haley dominated that round.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Haley fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Haka Motu is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Motu shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Motu was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Haley throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!
Haley lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Motu circles away quickly and effectively.
Haley shoots in for a double leg but Motu sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Haley throws a series of punches but Motu moves out of range.
Motu's corner calls for a 1-2. Motu obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Motu works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Motu throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Motu fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
A head kick by Haley misses
and Motu counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Haley is rocked!
Haley circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Motu. Haley falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Motu!
