Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Michael Jai White (ranked 1680 p4p, 214 weight class) and Muhammad Jabbar (ranked 1213 p4p, 159 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
White throws a hook but Jabbar blocks it.
Jabbar uses good head movement to avoid the hook from White.
A little jabbing left from Jabbar on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
We've been hearing reports that White has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
White misses with a wild body shot.
Jabbar fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Jabbar connects with a crisp jab.

It looks like Michael Jai White has been cut.

White shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Jabbar's guard.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Jabbar has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but White can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

White passes easily into side control. Nice work.

White swings around for an armbar but Jabbar sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into White's guard.

White wants to stand and escape but Jabbar is having none of it.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

White working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Jabbar doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Jabbar manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
White walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

White ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

White looks to score with a jab to the body but Jabbar is just out of range.
White misses with a looping right.
Jabbar takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Jabbar misses with a few strikes there.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

White tries for a takedown but Jabbar circles away easily

White is breathing heavily.

Jabbar is looking to slow White down with leg kicks.
Jabbar fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

White takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Jabbar looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Jabbar, as that shot connected.

and White counters with a nice uppercut.
Jabbar feints with a left and delivers a massive head kick! White collapses like a ragdoll! Game over!
