Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Noel Johnson (ranked 6494 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gabriel Lipski (ranked 24328 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Noel Johnson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Gabriel Lipski! The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Leandro Rodrigues and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Johnson throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Lipski. Lipski defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Johnson. Lipski dodges the punch combination from Johnson.
Johnson checks a leg kick. Johnson misses with a hook. Lipski swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Lipski blocks a head kick by Johnson.
Johnson looks for a takedown but Lipski sprawls well. It seemed like Lipski was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Lipski has managed to clinch.
Johnson is stalling here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Johnson tries to score a body lock takedown but Lipski shows good agility there to stay on his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Noel Johnson. That's going to take a lot out of him. Johnson slowing the pace effectively. Lipski successfully pulls guard.

That's one minute gone in the round. Johnson prevents Lipski from getting back to his feet. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Johnson got a little sloppy there for a moment and Lipski has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Johnson has managed to get both his arms back between Lipski's legs - danger averted. Lipski has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Johnson has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage. Johnson is struggling to control the position. Johnson tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Johnson missing with knees to the body.
Johnson swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Lipski stops a takedown attempt from Johnson.
Lipski blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Lipski drops down looking for an ankle pick but Johnson pulls his leg out and moves away.
Lipski takes the fight into the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lipski on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Johnson is looking to control Lipski's arms but Lipski gets an underhook and turns him. Now Johnson has his back to the cage. Lipski tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Johnson smiles and moves away.
Lipski rushes Johnson and presses him up against the cage. Johnson misses with some punches.

Johnson tries to pull guard but Lipski forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Johnson looking to slow down the pace here. Johnson tries to stall but Lipski uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Johnson can't seem to implement his control oriented gameplan at the moment. That's no bad thing of course, for those of us who want to see a good fight. Johnson is breathing heavily. Lipski escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Lipski closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Johnson throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Lipski has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Johnson is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Johnson looking to stall.
Lipski's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Johnson trying to control the position but instead, Lipski has worked for underhooks and has pushed Johnson into the cage. Both guys are working to get underhooks. Lipski gets control of Johnson's arms and successfully pulls guard. Lipski will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Johnson in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Lipski is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Johnson throws a big right hand that misses. Johnson trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Johnson trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Johnson with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Lipski is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Johnson throws a big right hand that misses. Johnson is looking to work some ground and pound but Lipski has wrist control. Johnson loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Lipski bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Johnson's guard. Lipski trying to control the position from guard on top but Johnson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Lipski controls the pace of the fight for a moment. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Johnson is trying to control the position but Lipski postures up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Gabriel Lipski dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Johnson has hold of one of Lipski's legs. Lipski is fighting the takedown attempt but Johnson gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Lipski keeping moving, preventing Johnson from controlling successfully. Lipski is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Johnson defends well. Johnson stopping the sweep attempt from Lipski. Johnson has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Johnson postures up and lands a big shot to Lipski's brow. Lipski looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Johnson postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Lipski is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Johnson, into his guard.

Lipski wants to control from the top but Johnson keeps moving. Lipski drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Lipski jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Johnson trying to keep a closed guard but Lipski is proving a slippery customer.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Lipski trying to control but Johnson is working from the bottom. Lipski thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Johnson is pulling down on Lipski's head. It's preventing any offense from Lipski, at least for the moment.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Lipski closes the distance and clinches. Johnson working aggressively here.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Good anti-grappling being displayed by Lipski as Johnson tries to tie him up. Lipski manages to break the clinch.

Lipski pulls guard. Lipski lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Lipski pushes down on Johnson's leg and manages to get into half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Gabriel Lipski showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Johnson's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Lipski drops back, looking for a kneebar! Johnson looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Johnson looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Johnson! What's Lipski going to do here then? He's in a bit of a pickle. Johnson is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Lipski knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Lipski defending against the ground and pound. Lipski tries to improve position but can't.

Lipski trying to control but Johnson is working from the bottom. Lipski not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Lipski wants to control from the top but Johnson keeps moving. Noel Johnson has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Gabriel Lipski is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Lipski forces his way into half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Gabriel Lipski comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Lipski winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
