Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Dorn (ranked 2141 p4p, 230 weight class) and Dennis Nilsen (ranked 1405 p4p, 162 weight class). Dorn comes to the cage accompanied by Hero. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
22 - 13 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ivan Dorn! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
19 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dennis Nilsen! The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Radbod Blank and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dorn clinches. Dorn breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Dorn throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Nilsen moves away from the strike by Dorn. Dorn throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Nilsen holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Nilsen is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Dorn is defending well for now. Nilsen tries to throw a body punch but Dorn avoids it by throwing Nilsen back against the cage. Dorn breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Dorn gets a clinch. Nilsen lands a left hand that snaps the head of Dorn backwards. Dorn escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Dorn fails to land with a series of punches.
It seemed like Nilsen was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Dorn throws a leg kick but Nilsen sees it coming and checks it nicely. Nilsen has Dorn up against the cage in a clinch.
Nilsen tries a knee to the head but Dorn blocks it.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Nilsen lands a good knee to the midsection. Dorn won't want to take too many of those. Dorn is breathing heavily. Nilsen gets control of Dorn's arms and successfully pulls guard. Nilsen will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Nilsen is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
That's one minute gone in the round. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Nilsen is on top in guard.
Nilsen wants to control from the top but Dorn keeps moving. Nilsen not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Nilsen's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Nilsen trying to control the position from guard on top but Dorn is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Nilsen controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Dorn is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Nilsen wants to control from the top but Dorn keeps moving.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Nilsen controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Nilsen drops back looking for a leg! Dorn is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Dorn manages to kick Nilsen off! Nilsen jumps back into Dorn's guard. Nilsen wants to control from the top but Dorn keeps moving. Nilsen got a little sloppy there for a moment and Dorn has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Nilsen has managed to get both his arms back between Dorn's legs - danger averted. Nilsen showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dorn had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Nilsen defends it easily. Dorn looking to control.
Nilsen seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Dorn moves into range and clinches up with Nilsen. Nilsen jumps guard but Dorn stands there with Nilsen around his waist. Nilsen gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Nilsen can't find room to land a body shot as Dorn controls the action.

Nilsen lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Dorn or not.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dorn wants to get back to striking at distance but Nilsen won't allow it.
Nilsen lands a good knee to the midsection. Dorn won't want to take too many of those. Nilsen drags the fight down to the ground.
Nilsen lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard. Nilsen controls from within his opponent's guard. Nilsen trying to control but Dorn is working from the bottom. My spies in UnderGround Specialist Academy inform me that Nilsen has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends! Dorn is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Dorn is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Touch Of Death Combat Academy that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet. Dorn keeping moving, preventing Nilsen from controlling successfully. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dennis Nilsen dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Dorn wants to get back to striking at distance but Nilsen won't allow it.

Nilsen has Dorn pressed against the cage, preventing Dorn from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Nilsen tries to pull guard but Dorn won't allow it.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Knees in the clinch landing for Nilsen.
Nilsen jumps into guard, dragging Dorn to the mat.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Nilsen pushes a forearm under Dorn's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Dorn is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Dennis Nilsen! Dennis Nilsen tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
