The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Robinson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Ambe's waist but Ambe gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Robinson off to one side.
Robinson shoots in for a double leg but Ambe sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Robinson takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

Ambe shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Ambe showed some decent athleticism there.

Robinson is staying active underneath Ambe, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Robinson is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Ambe's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Ambe's back!

Robinson is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Ambe knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Ambe for a finish.
Ambe rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.

Robinson has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Ambe defend it? Robinson steps over the head and cranks it - Ambe is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Robinson!
