Coming up we have a middleweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Judas Priest (ranked 1790 p4p, 225 weight class) and Oscar Stolt (ranked 4793 p4p, 448 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!
This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the middleweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Amsterdam, with a TWGC record of 2 wins and 1 losses; Judas Priest! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 1 wins and 0 losses; Oscar Stolt! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way. Stolt drives through and clinches with Priest against the ropes.

You can't force these things though and Stolt defends well. Stolt must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Stolt stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Priest swivels though and keeps the full guard. Priest wants to control the position but Stolt says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard. Priest tries to get to full guard but Stolt has control of the leg. Priest moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Priest is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Stolt is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Stolt controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Priest trying to keep a closed guard but Stolt is proving a slippery customer.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
That's fourteen minutes gone in the round. Priest sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Priest wants to control the action here but instead Stolt manages to pass to full mount! Score +3 for passing guard: Priest (7) vs (24) Stolt Stolt is looking to work his way around to Priest's back. He needs to be careful though, as he's in danger of losing this dominant position. Priest is working to get back to half guard.
Stolt manages to capitalize on a mistake by Priest to take his back! Score +3 for taking back: Priest (7) vs (27) Stolt Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Priest manages to reverse the position and now he's in Stolt's guard. Nice work there by Priest.
