The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Solo misses with a series of wild punches.
Kid scores with a jab to the head.

Solo fails with the takedown
and Kid counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Kid clinches with his opponent.
Kid lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Kid presses Solo against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.

Kid breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Solo scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Kid is not content to let Solo control the position.

Solo connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Kid some visible discomfort.

Kid is trying to control Solo's posture but Solo avoids it.

Solo decides to stand up, so the ref orders Kid to his feet.
Kid scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Oooooh!!! Kid has knocked Solo down with a huge combo! Kid steps away and waves a wobbly Solo back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
