Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Augustus Hippobody (ranked 3506 p4p, 133 weight class) and Blake Kidd (ranked 4333 p4p, 150 weight class). Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Blake Kidd!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Bart Greer and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hippobody dodges the punch combination from Kidd.
Hippobody is looking to counter punch.
A slow jab from Hippobody misses its intended target.
Hippobody looks to land a left hand but Kidd moved out of range nicely.
Kidd shoots for a takedown but Hippobody saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Hippobody throwing a counter right hand but Kidd manages to avoid it.
Kidd shoots in for a takedown but Hippobody shows good takedown defense.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Kidd.
Hippobody was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Augustus Hippobody has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Blake Kidd.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Nice defenses there by Kidd.
Hippobody thows a left - swing and a miss!
Hippobody avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Kidd has a takedown stuffed.
Kidd shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Hippobody's guard.
Kidd in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Hippobody has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Kidd postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Kidd sitting in guard here, content to control.
Hippobody is looking to stand up but Kidd isn't so interested in that idea.
Kidd gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
No luck for Kidd with that takedown attempt.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Kidd dives in and grabs Hippobody's left leg, looking for a takedown. Hippobody pushes down on Kidd's head and hops out.
Hippobody swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Augustus Hippobody dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Hippobody cracks Kidd with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Hippobody has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Kidd to stand back up!
Kidd is rocked!
It looks like Blake Kidd has been cut.
Hippobody ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Kidd out cold! The fight is over!
