Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Haka Motu (ranked 3171 p4p, 0 weight class) and Croc Bot (ranked 2593 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bot lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Motu circles away quickly and effectively.
Motu throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Bot.
Motu throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Bot looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Haka Motu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Motu bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Motu is working Bot over with some ground and pound from side control.
Bot is looking to regain half guard here but Motu keeps moving and retains side control.
Motu grinds an elbow into Bot's temple.
Motu controls the position.
Motu works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.

Bot is rocked!
Motu lands a strong strike to the head of Bot. That's dazed him! Motu looking to finish here. Bot is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Motu lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
