Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nelson Krol (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dunder Karlsson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Dunder Karlsson! The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Tarja Halkonen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Excellent takedown into side control there by Krol. Krol remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Karlsson is looking to reverse the position. Karlsson manages to work his way to half guard, despite Krol's best efforts. Krol trying to control from half guard but Karlsson is working away. Karlsson is looking to improve his position.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Krol has a takedown stuffed. Karlsson moves into the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Krol presses Karlsson against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. Karlsson makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Karlsson lands a right hand. Karlsson is pressed up against the cage. Krol has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Karlsson down to the mat. Karlsson avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Krol stuffs the takedown attempt from Karlsson. Karlsson gets slowly back to his feet. Karlsson tries to clinch there but Krol circles away.

Karlsson closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Karlsson lands in his opponent's guard. Krol manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Karlsson manages to get himself to full guard.
Krol is breathing heavily. Krol is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Krol wants to control from the top but Karlsson keeps moving. Karlsson throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.

Karlsson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Krol. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Krol wants to control from the top but Karlsson keeps moving. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Krol clinches. Krol breaks the clinch.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Karlsson can do anything to dispel that myth. Krol takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Krol landing punches. Krol swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!
