Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wilbur Wallace (ranked 5249 p4p, 167 weight class) and Jos LePuc (ranked 7205 p4p, 196 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Wilbur Wallace!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jos LePuc!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Steve Smith and Alec Ball.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
LePuc swings for the body but Wallace moves out of range.
Wallace lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
LePuc throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
A shot to the body from LePuc misses
and Wallace cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
LePuc shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
A little feinted left hand from Wallace on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

Wallace closes the distance and clinches.
LePuc takes a shot to the head.
LePuc has Wallace pressed against the cage, preventing Wallace from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

LePuc tries to throw a body punch but Wallace avoids it by throwing LePuc back against the cage.
LePuc misses with a hook to the ribs.

LePuc throws out a leg kick but Wallace moves out of range and LePuc only half commits.
Wallace connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

A quick step to the side and Wallace tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
