Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Pacer Dalton!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Buster McDiggle!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Joseph Jones and Alyssa Summers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dalton goes for a double leg but McDiggle avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as McDiggle continues to drive forward.

Dalton gets a takedown into half guard.
McDiggle slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
McDiggle looking to hit a scissor sweep but Dalton is one step ahead there.

McDiggle has his foot on Dalton's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Dalton works his way back into a safe position though.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

McDiggle wants to sweep but no luck.
McDiggle bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Dalton's guard.

McDiggle slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Dalton has McDiggle pulled in close to control his posture.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Dalton's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

McDiggle looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Dalton can't do much from the bottom here.

McDiggle has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Dalton is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. McDiggle yanks on the arm and Dalton is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by McDiggle.
