Coming up we have a welterweight kickboxing rules bout between Derek Wylde (ranked 2282 p4p, 303 weight class) and Darren Tellkins (ranked 2015 p4p, 270 weight class). Wylde's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Kanye West- Touch the Sky. Tellkins comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Stunna 4 Vegas - Punch me in Pt 4 kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
13 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Derek Wylde!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
16 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Darren Tellkins!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Patrick Alders and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tellkins throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Wylde throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
It looks like Darren Tellkins has been cut.
Tellkins lands a nice leg kick that just misses Wylde's sensitive parts.
Wylde slips under a jab.
Wylde tries a head kick but it misses.
Wylde lands a head kick that bluckles Tellkins and drops him to the canvas. He's still conscious but it looks like it's going to take him the full 10 seconds to get back his senses! He's up on 9 and seems to be just about OK to continue.... the referee agrees and we're back to the action with Wylde no doubt looking to push for a finish!

Tellkins swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Wylde counters with a series of strikes. Tellkins will be more careful next time no doubt.

Wylde has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Tellkins finds it's way round the side to connect with Wylde's head.

Wylde throws a head kick but Tellkins moves out of range.

Wylde takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Tellkins has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Wylde takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Wylde is looking to slow Tellkins down with leg kicks.
Wylde tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Tellkins manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Wylde moves in looking to clinch but Tellkins pushes him off.
A combination from Wylde does no damage.
Wylde's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Tellkins connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Wylde scrambles back to his feet.
Wylde throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Tellkins's head.
Wylde misses with a head kick.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Tellkins slips a jab and a cross from Wylde.
Wylde walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Wylde tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Wylde is breathing heavily.

Tellkins swings widly with a right hand
and Wylde counters with a series of strikes. Tellkins will be more careful next time no doubt.
Tellkins fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Wylde looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Tellkins uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Wylde has time to react.
Wylde is rocked!

Wylde leaves his chin hanging out and Tellkins seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Wylde crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
