Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Deandre Craft (ranked 24695 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mile Kitic (ranked 5165 p4p, 0 weight class). Mile Kitic will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Deandre Craft! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mile Kitic! The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kitic digs a good hook to Craft's body.
Deandre Craft seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kitic lands a right hook to the body.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Craft is defended easily by Kitic. Craft fails with a takedown attempt. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kitic avoids the head kick by Craft.
It seemed like Kitic was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Craft takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kitic thuds his right hand into Craft's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Craft shoots in looking for a takedown. Kitic tries to sprawl out of it but Craft keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kitic manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Deandre Craft. That's going to take a lot out of him. Nice uppercut there from Kitic. Craft is looking to clinch but Kitic is avoiding it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kitic getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Jab, jab by Kitic - just one landing. Nice sprawl there from Kitic as Craft shoots in. A bone on bone clash there as Craft blocks the leg kick.
Mile Kitic is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Donk. Kitic catches Craft right on the button with a cross. Kitic misses with a body shot.
Craft throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Kitic was covering up waiting for the punch and Craft finishes the takedown easily into guard. Kitic really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Craft. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kitic is trying to keep Craft in close.
Craft is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Craft working some strikes from top position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kitic is looking to sweep but instead, Craft has passed into half guard.
Kitic is trying to get back to full guard. Craft stands up from half guard. Kitic cracks a nice hook into Craft's ribs.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Craft throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. A little jabbing left from Kitic on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Craft takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Kitic throws a low kick, looking for Craft's leg but Craft calmly moves out of range. Craft appears to be looking for a big counter. Kitic misses with a low kick. As Kitic backs away, Craft returns fire with a leg kick that just misses. Craft could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Craft has his takedown stuffed and Kitic cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Craft slips a jab and a cross from Kitic.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mile Kitic dominated that round. That's time! Craft's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Kitic fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Craft on the side of the head. Deandre Craft is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Craft takes one to the side of the head.
Craft closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Kitic to the mat! Kitic manages to get full guard. Kitic is looking to stand back up but Craft counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Kitic. Kitic tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Craft has advanced to mount. Uh oh. Craft lands a big elbow. Craft content just to control the position here. Kitic working to try and regain half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kitic wants to get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kitic taking shots to the head. Craft scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Craft looking to finish Kitic with some ground and pound. This is bad for Kitic! Kitic is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Kitic bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Kitic trying to control but Craft is working from the bottom. Kitic won't allow Craft to sweep him here. Craft looking for a triangle here. Kitic is fighting it but it looks tight! Craft pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Kitic is tapping out - this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Choke). Deandre Craft!
