Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ginger Lee (ranked 3599 p4p, 383 weight class) and Darin Smith (ranked 24799 p4p, 592 weight class). Lee comes to the cage accompanied by The Red. Smith comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Lalala- Y2K ft. bbno$ kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith throws a lazy head kick
and Lee counters with a nice uppercut.
Lee keeps the fight on the outside.
Lee circles away from the clinch attempt.
Smith misses with a head kick.
Smith tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Lee has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Smith throws a head kick that Lee semi-blocks.
Lee throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Smith looks to clinch
and Lee counters with a straight right hand.
Smith tries to clinch up.
Darin Smith seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Smith throws the kick towards the body but Lee avoids it.
Lee clobbers Smith with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Lee lands a body shot.
Smith tries to clinch up but Lee circles away and keeps his distance.
Lee scores with a sloppy right hand. Smith should have avoided that one.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Smith takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Lee lands a left and a right that send Smith crashing to the mat, dazed. Lee thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Smith is rocked!
Lee circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Smith to the canvas! Smith doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Lee keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ginger Lee!
Ginger Lee opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
