Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tim Harris (ranked 4991 p4p, 465 weight class) and Dinny Murphy (ranked 5056 p4p, 470 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Tim Harris! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Dinny Murphy! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Sandra Marshall and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Harris getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Harris throws out a powerful jab.
It looks like Dinny Murphy has been cut. Murphy is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Murphy has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Harris finds it's way round the side to connect with Murphy's head. Harris scores with a jab to the jaw. Harris keeps the fight on the outside. Harris throwing a counter right hand but Murphy manages to avoid it. Harris connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Harris comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Harris stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Harris dips down and scores with a jab to the body. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Murphy tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Murphy takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Harris connects with a good right hand that stumbles Murphy. Murphy circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Murphy closes the distance and pushes Harris back into the cage. Murphy's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Murphy is rocked! Murphy throws a punch but it's blocked by Harris.
That's one minute gone in the round. Harris makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Murphy is still on wobbly legs! Can Harris finish him? A head punch on the inside from Murphy fails to land. Murphy seems to have recovered his senses. A short uppercut from Harris. Harris lands a nice uppercut. Harris is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Harris blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Harris is working Murphy over against the cage. Murphy looks winded! Harris stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. A short right from Harris on the inside. Murphy is trying to break the clinch but Harris is controlling him. Harris manages to break the clinch.
Murphy drops his hands momentarily and Harris takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Murphy tries to close the distance and clinch up but Harris swats him away and circles back towards the center. Murphy tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Harris manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Harris fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Harris sends Murphy crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Harris is motioning to the referee to let Murphy up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet! Murphy gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Harris gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Murphy is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
