Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Genji Kamogawa (ranked 1884 p4p, 110 weight class) and Kreepee Krawlee (ranked 1108 p4p, 59 weight class). Kamogawa comes to the cage accompanied by The Veer Union - Bitter End. Kreepee Krawlee acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Genji Kamogawa!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Kreepee Krawlee!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Yukihiro Shimada and Shirou Masuda.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kamogawa swings for the body but Krawlee moves out of range.
Kamogawa sizes up Krawlee with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.


It looks like Kreepee Krawlee has been cut.
Krawlee blocks a jab.
Kamogawa throws a poor cross that misses

and Krawlee counters with a takedown into side control.

Krawlee tries for a kimura but Kamogawa is defending well.

Krawlee thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Kamogawa tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Krawlee in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time.
Krawlee looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Krawlee has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Krawlee is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Kamogawa knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Kamogawa dodges the ground and pound from Krawlee.

Krawlee is trying to get an arm triangle but Kamogawa is defending well.
Kamogawa sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Kamogawa is looking for a sweep. Krawlee is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Krawlee is looking to take a break and control but Kamogawa is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Krawlee is working for a kimura but Kamogawa is defending it quite comfortably.
Krawlee seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Kamogawa does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Krawlee tries to pass to full mount but Kamogawa defends it.
Kamogawa wants to control the action here but instead Krawlee manages to pass to full mount!
Kamogawa is wriggling around trying to escape.
Kamogawa tries to hold on but Krawlee pushes him away.

Kamogawa tries to reverse the position but Krawlee maintains control.

Krawlee has control of Kamogawa's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Kamogawa regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Krawlee throwing shots from mount but they're not landing.
Kamogawa is trying desperately to improve position.

Krawlee is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Kamogawa has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Kamogawa is looking to get to half guard.

Krawlee is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Kamogawa is surviving well by controlling Krawlee's body position as best he can.
Kamogawa is squirming around, avoiding Krawlee's attempts to control the action.
Kamogawa can't escape the position.
Krawlee fails to take his opponent's back.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Kamogawa reaches up to try and control the position but Krawlee seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Kamogawa rolls and tries to escape and now Krawlee has his back!

Krawlee is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Kamogawa has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.

Krawlee is persistently looking for the submission but Kamogawa is defending it well.

Kamogawa knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Krawlee on the ground.
Kamogawa breaks Krawlee's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Krawlee looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Kamogawa pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Krawlee is keeping the position for now.

Krawlee had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Kamogawa defends it easily.
Kamogawa has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Krawlee working for a triangle but Kamogawa defends it easily.

Krawlee escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Kamogawa gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Kamogawa is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Krawlee is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Kamogawa is aware though and is defending well.
Kamogawa engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.

Kamogawa got a little sloppy there for a moment and Krawlee has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Kamogawa has managed to get both his arms back between Krawlee's legs - danger averted.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Kreepee Krawlee dominated that round.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.


Krawlee takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Krawlee uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Kamogawa.
Kamogawa swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Krawlee.
Kamogawa stuffs the takedown.
Krawlee with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Kamogawa to score with a decent uppercut.
Krawlee doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Kamogawa lands a nice hook to Krawlee's body. Krawlee takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Kamogawa throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Krawlee looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Krawlee seems to be working for a kimura but Kamogawa defends the submission attempt.

Krawlee in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Kamogawa tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Krawlee!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Kreepee Krawlee!
Kreepee Krawlee decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
