Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tank Ispa (ranked 125 p4p, 19 weight class) and Jean-Claude Marceau (ranked 94 p4p, 14 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
17 - 6 - 2, fighting out of Helsinki, Tank Ispa! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
19 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jean-Claude Marceau! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Marceau takes a swing at Ispa's ribcage but misses. Marceau avoids the body shot from Ispa.
Marceau looks to throw the jab but Ispa is out of range. Ispa throws a head kick that misses. Marceau takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Ispa misses with a leg kick. Ispa throws a leg kick but Marceau checks it. Marceau throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Ispa attempts a counter takedown but Marceau avoids it well and moves away. Ispa throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Marceau looks like he wants to counter punch here. Ispa lands a nice leg kick that just misses Marceau's sensitive parts. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Marceau walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Good shot there by Marceau. Ispa takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Ispa shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ispa pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Marceau is keeping the position for now. Ispa is working hard here to advance position. Ispa passes Marceau's left leg - he's now in half guard. Marceau keeps control of the position for the meantime. Ispa seems to be working for a kimura but Marceau defends the submission attempt. Ispa is thwarting Marceau's attempts to control the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Ispa prevents Marceau from improving his position. Ispa is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Ispa controlling the pace. Ispa seems to be looking for submissions.
Marceau controlling the position well. Ispa is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Marceau is staying active underneath Ispa, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Ispa is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Marceau has managed to free his arm - good work. Ispa trying to control from Marceau's half guard. Marceau has other ideas though and has regained full guard. Ispa trying to control but Marceau is working from the bottom. Ispa stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Marceau swivels though and keeps the full guard. Ispa engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Marceau is adopting a defensive guard.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Marceau throws a jab when Ispa was well out of range. Ispa is looking to clinch but Marceau is avoiding it.
Ispa lands a slapping body shot.
Ispa uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Marceau. Ispa shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Marceau pinned against the cage. Marceau gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Ispa looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Ispa looks to land a body kick but Marceau moved away. Ispa bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Marceau's head. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tank Ispa dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Ispa wants to clinch. Ispa moves out of the way of the counter high kick fromMarceau.
It looks like Jean-Claude Marceau has been cut. Marceau lands a jab to Ispa's midsection. Marceau throws a hook but Ispa blocks it. Marceau lands with a nice combination. Ispa backs away looking to recover. Marceau lands a nice shot that snaps Ispa's head back.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ispa closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Marceau to the mat! Marceau manages to get full guard. Ispa looking to pass the guard. Ispa trying to control the position from guard on top but Marceau is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ispa stands and throws Marceau's legs to the side, diving into side control. Ispa is trying to get an arm triangle but Marceau is defending well. You can see the frustration on Marceau's face as Ispa controls the position. Ispa working away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Ispa swings around for an armbar but Marceau sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Ispa's guard. Marceau really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ispa. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Ispa looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Ispa is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Marceau stays in close to Ispa's body and controls the position. Ispa has his hands on Marceau's head, controlling the position. Ispa pushes a forearm under Marceau's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Marceau is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:57 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Tank Ispa! Tank Ispa decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
