Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ben Wood (ranked 6507 p4p, 194 weight class) and Pedro Fuentes (ranked 3956 p4p, 131 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A shot to the body from Wood misses
and Fuentes counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Fuentes lands with a thumping leg kick.
Wood rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Fuentes counters with a good low kick that Wood was not able to check.
Fuentes uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Wood.
Fuentes counters with a body kick.
Wood just misses with a punch to the body.
Fuentes throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Wood is breathing heavily.
Fuentes cracks Wood with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Wood looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Fuentes finish him?
Wood is rocked!
It looks like Ben Wood has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Wood drops his hands momentarily and Fuentes needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Wood just on the top of the head. Wood drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Wood - he's done!
