Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steve checks the leg kick nicely there.
Steve's coach down at Roosters Coop was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Steve's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Letter keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Steve throws an overhand right that lands on Letter's shoulder, as Letter tries to avoid the shot.
A leg kick checked by Steve.
Letter pivots, looking for a leg kick but Steve is out of range and Letter settles back down.
Steve throws out a counter right but Letter avoids it with no problem.
A slow jab from Letter misses its intended target.
Letter lands with a straight right. Steve didn't see that one coming.
Letter takes a swing at Steve's ribcage but misses.
Letter lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.

Oooooh!!! Letter has knocked Steve down with a huge combo! Letter steps away and waves a wobbly Steve back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Steve is rocked!

It looks like Mark Steve has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Letter lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Steve head around and knocks him out cold! Letter hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Stephan Letter!
A relieved looking Stephan Letter thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
In defeat, Mark Steve stepped up to the mic, saying 'broke both my hands on that thick skull and played hell on any offense....and I aint much on defense.....'.
