Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Andersson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Elan Tedroni (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jack Andersson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Elan Tedroni!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Wesley Smith and Chris Downing.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A solid body kick from Tedroni.
Tedroni stuffs the takedown.
Nice takedown defense from Tedroni. No joy for Andersson on that attempt.

Tedroni shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Andersson working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Tedroni doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Tedroni manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Andersson can't keep his opponent in guard - Tedroni advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Andersson wants to improve his position but Tedroni is controlling well.

Andersson is breathing heavily.

Tedroni is working for a kimura but Andersson is defending it quite comfortably.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Tedroni lands a big shot there that rocks Andersson but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Tedroni manages to capitalize on a mistake by Andersson to take his back!

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Tedroni wants to control but Andersson is keeping him busy.

Tedroni winds up and cracks Andersson with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Tedroni is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Andersson doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Tedroni.

Tedroni seems to be looking for submissions.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
A combination from Tedroni does no damage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Elan Tedroni dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


Andersson has his takedown stuffed
and Tedroni counters with a three punch combo that has Andersson backing up. Andersson nods at Tedroni to acknowledge the strikes.

Tedroni feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Elan Tedroni has got the better of the ground game so far.

Tedroni is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Andersson is just riding it out for now. Tedroni eventually gives up the hold.
Andersson manages to get to full guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Andersson looking to hit a scissor sweep but Tedroni is one step ahead there.

Tedroni trying to control the position from guard on top but Andersson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Tedroni drops back looking for a leg! Andersson is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Andersson manages to kick Tedroni off! Tedroni jumps back into Andersson's guard.

Andersson escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Tedroni gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Tedroni pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Andersson is keeping the position for now.

Andersson is looking to control Tedroni's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Andersson avoid being mounted?

Tedroni moves into side control, avoiding a weak kimura attempt from Andersson.

Andersson tries to buck Tedroni off but Tedroni is having none of it.

Tedroni working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Tedroni tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Tedroni has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Andersson manages to get back to half guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Andersson has a hand on Tedroni's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Tedroni takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!
Tedroni wants to control the pace but Andersson is squirming around nicely.
Tedroni is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Andersson can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Andersson is looking to improve his position but Tedroni isn't that keen on the idea.
Andersson sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.
Andersson wants to control but Tedroni passes into side.
Tedroni trying to control the position but Andersson is working away.

Andersson wants to improve his position but Tedroni is controlling well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close second round but I would say that Jack Andersson will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Tedroni has his foot on Andersson's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Andersson works his way back into a safe position though.

Andersson drops back looking for a leg! Tedroni is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Tedroni manages to kick Andersson off! Andersson jumps back into Tedroni's guard.

Andersson has gone for a leg lock! Tedroni slips out almost immediately though and dives into Andersson's guard.
Tedroni wants to pass the guard but Andersson is keeping the position.

Tedroni has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Andersson to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Tedroni is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Andersson pulls down on the head and he's put Tedroni to sleep! This one is all over!
