Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marcin Mojta (ranked 4638 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivan Izquierdo (ranked 4593 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Bart Greer and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Izquierdo as Mojta shoots in.
Mojta doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Izquierdo displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Mojta.
Izquierdo looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Mojta tries to clinch but Izquierdo moves out of range.
Izquierdo moves into range and connects with a jab.

Mojta shoots in looking for a takedown but Izquierdo manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Mojta's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Mojta ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Mojta no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Izquierdo stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Mojta swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Izquierdo postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Mojta is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Izquierdo, into his guard.
Mojta is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Izquierdo not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Izquierdo is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Mojta fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Izquierdo avoids it really well and circles away.

Izquierdo lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Izquierdo scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
No luck for Mojta with that takedown attempt.
Izquierdo lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Izquierdo.
It looks like Marcin Mojta has been cut.
Mojta shoots in looking for a takedown. Izquierdo tries to sprawl out of it but Mojta keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Izquierdo manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Mojta's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Izquierdo connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Mojta scrambles back to his feet.

Izquierdo goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Marcin Mojta is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Izquierdo steps in with a hook that catches Mojta right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Izquierdo follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Mojta looks absolutely devastated.
