Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Chase Stevens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tomek Drwal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stevens comes to the cage accompanied by I Look Good. Drwal comes into a darkened arena with his song building. intro dmx kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Chase Stevens has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Chase Stevens!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tomek Drwal!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Trevor Gratis and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Drwal fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Stevens sprawls well initially but Drwal persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Drwal looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Stevens wants to get back to full guard.
Stevens moves into full guard.
Drwal preventing the sweep.
Stevens keeping moving, preventing Drwal from controlling successfully.

Stevens throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Stevens tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Stevens looking to control.

Stevens wants to sweep but no luck.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
No luck for Drwal with that takedown attempt.

Stevens seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Drwal does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Drwal is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Stevens jumps into side control!

Drwal stuffs the takedown attempt from Stevens. Stevens gets slowly back to his feet.
Drwal takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Stevens throws a right and a left that Drwal avoids nicely.

Drwal moves into the clinch.

Drwal escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Drwal jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Stevens scores with a head kick.
Stevens throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Stevens tries to clinch there but Drwal circles away.
Chase Stevens is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Stevens tries to close the distance and clinch but Drwal swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Stevens tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Stevens swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Stevens looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Drwal is fending him off so far but Stevens persists. Nope, Drwal circles away and we're back to standing.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Stevens gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Drwal counters with a nice double leg into side control. Stevens won't be happy with that.

Drwal postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Drwal wants to clinch
and Stevens counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Drwal is lucky that one didn't land flush.

Drwal shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Stevens manages to regain half guard. Good work.
Stevens is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Drwal's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Drwal's back!

Stevens connects with a series of strikes and the referee is calling for Drwal to escape the position.
