These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Joe drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Kray misses with a few strikes there.
Joe appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Markus Kray seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kray scores with a jab.
Kray paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Kray lands with a hook. Joe tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Kray drives through and clinches with Joe against the cage.
