Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rolf Bintakes (ranked 4492 p4p, 431 weight class) and Mark Luck (ranked 5604 p4p, 489 weight class). Bintakes's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Slippin'-DMX. Mark Luck has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Rolf Bintakes!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Mark Luck!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Andrew Berry and William Gold.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Luck throws a nice looking combination but Bintakes bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Bintakes scores with a jab.
Bintakes throws a body punch but Luck moves out of range.
Luck replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Bintakes blocks it well.
Luck needs to keep his hands up - Bintakes had a free shot at his head there.
Bintakes tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Luck was well out of range. Poor timing from Bintakes.
A nice leg kick lands there from Bintakes.
Bintakes misses with an uppercut
and Luck connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Luck steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Bintakes. That one must have hurt.
Bintakes lands a lovely overhand right.
Bintakes moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A punch lands to the side of Luck 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Luck uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Bintakes.
Luck punishes Bintakes's body with a nice straight punch.
Bintakes throws a push kick but Luck slaps the foot to one side.
Luck walks into a jab.

Luck has Bintakes up against the cage in a clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Luck leaning against his opponent.
Bintakes tries to circle away but Luck has him pinned against the cage.

Luck pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Bintakes definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Luck takes one to the side of the head.
Bintakes cracks Luck with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Bintakes is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Luck.
Bintakes waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Luck.
Rolf Bintakes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bintakes's jab looks to have found its range, popping Luck under the eye.
Bintakes swings for the body but Luck moves out of range.
Bintakes will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Luck drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Bintakes defends it well.

Luck moves into the clinch successfully.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Luck drops down looking for an ankle pick but Bintakes pulls his leg out and moves away.

Luck rushes Bintakes and presses him up against the cage.

Luck breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Bintakes pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Luck avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Luck has a takedown stuffed.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Luck closes the distance and pushes Bintakes back into the cage.

Bintakes escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Bintakes misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
A good leg kick by Bintakes.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Luck moves into the clinch.

Bintakes breaks from the clinch.
Bintakes misses with a body kick.
Luck wants to slow Bintakes down by chopping away at his legs.
Bintakes scores with a sloppy right hand. Luck should have avoided that one.
Bintakes misses with an uppercut. Luck saw that one coming.
Bintakes misses with an uppercut. Luck saw that one coming.
Luck changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.

Luck changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Bintakes looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Bintakes bucks up and tries to throw Luck off but instead Luck has got his back!
Bintakes tries to roll but Luck sticks to his back.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Luck patiently working for the choke. Which fighter will keep their nerve here?
Bintakes is trying to break free.

Luck working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Bintakes is doing well to defend. Luck seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Bintakes is forced to tap and this one is over!
