Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mama Tosen (ranked 3439 p4p, 358 weight class) and Ameqran Anto (ranked 3069 p4p, 318 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mama Tosen! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ameqran Anto! The judges for this bout are Chris Dean, Topper Green and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tosen misses with an uppercut. Tosen ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Anto works Tosen's body with a nice hook. Tosen fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Anto wants to clinch. Anto walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Tosen throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Tosen dips to his left and cracks Anto with an uppercut! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Anto throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Tosen tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Anto is in Tosen's guard. Anto wants to control from the top but Tosen keeps moving. Tosen is trying to control the position but Anto postures up. Tosen is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Anto told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Anto tries to stand but Tosen is controlling from the bottom.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Tosen gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Tosen seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Tosen has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage. Anto trying to control but Tosen is working from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Anto controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Tosen not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Anto is fighting to break Tosen's control of his arms but Tosen is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Anto with a flurry of punches that miss.

Tosen struggling a bit here. Anto stands up and beckons Tosen to his feet. Anto closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Tosen did well to prevent Anto getting side control. Anto is trying to work for a kimura but Tosen is defending well.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Tosen keeping hold of Anto's head, controlling as best he can. Tosen wants to control but Anto is keeping busy and won't allow it. Tosen desperately trying to maintain half guard. Tosen's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Tosen trying to control from the bottom.

Ameqran Anto dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Anto drives through with a takedown into guard. Anto trying to control but Tosen is working from the bottom. Tosen is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Tosen escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Anto gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Anto showing good wrestling skills to control the position.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Mama Tosen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Tosen sizes up Anto with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Anto throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Tosen fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Anto gets a takedown into half guard. Anto trying to pass the guard but Tosen defending well. Tosen wants to get back to full guard. Anto missing with the ground and pound from half guard.

Anto wants to control but Tosen is keeping him busy. Anto looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Tosen is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Anto pulls his head out easily. Anto wants to take a breather but Tosen is having none of it. Anto lands with a punch from half guard. Anto content to control rather than advance.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tosen preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head. The fighters are battling for position here. Tosen manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Tosen is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Tosen has his foot on Anto's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Anto works his way back into a safe position though. Tosen not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Anto decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Tosen, up you get! Anto closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Tosen paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Tosen takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tosen cracks Anto with an open hand slap. Anto jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Anto manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Tosen on his heels. He'll look to pass Tosen's guard now, I'm sure. Tosen is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Anto wants to control from the top but Tosen keeps moving. Anto seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Tosen looking to control.

Ameqran Anto showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Tosen is looking to control Anto's arms but Anto gets an underhook and turns him. Now Tosen has his back to the cage. Tosen throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Anto blocks it with crossed arms. Tosen stops a takedown attempt from Anto.

Tosen lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Anto has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Anto blocking some punches.

A short right hand to the side of the head by Tosen. Anto is trying to pull guard but Tosen turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Anto manages to break the clinch.

Mama Tosen is winning the standup battle so far. Tosen looks to score with a jab to the body but Anto is just out of range. Mama Tosen has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Tosen uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Anto steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Tosen. Anto changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Tosen looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Tosen wants to control but Anto postures up. Anto stands up and beckons Tosen to his feet.

Anto trying to control the position from guard on top but Tosen is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Ameqran Anto is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Anto seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Tosen pulls Anto in close to prevent any damage. Tosen controls Anto momentarily but Anto frees himself.
