Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jambe De Bois (ranked 301 p4p, 46 weight class) and Jon Paul Carp (ranked 1594 p4p, 221 weight class). De Bois comes to the cage accompanied by Brad Fiedel - Terminator. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
16 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jambe De Bois! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jon Paul Carp! The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Kenichi Hosakawa and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! De Bois shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Carp shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Carp lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. A looping hook to the body misses from De Bois. Carp does a little dance to reset his feet. De Bois clobbers Carp with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. De Bois checks the leg kick. De Bois swings widly with a right hand
and Carp counters with a nice body kick.
Carp slips under a jab. Carp closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. De Bois keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Nice uppercut there from De Bois. De Bois scores with a crisp jab that stopped Carp in his tracks. De Bois scores with a hook to the body. Carp takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. This has been an exciting period of action! Carp tries to work over De Bois's front leg with a kick but De Bois checks it. De Bois ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Carp moves away. De Bois throws a looping overhand right but Carp ducks down to avoid it.
That's one minute gone in the round. De Bois connects with a body shot that sends Carp's belly button to the back. De Bois tries to keep at a distance but Carp has taken the fight into the clinch. De Bois lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. De Bois escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Carp wants to slow De Bois down by chopping away at his legs. Good standup being displayed there by De Bois as he connects with a hook. De Bois throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Carp. De Bois throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Carp on the side of the head. De Bois fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Carp manages to avoid it. Carp tries a quick counter leg kick but De Bois is wise to it. De Bois lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Carp backs up against the cage.
De Bois misses with a right hand and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. De Bois decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Carp has hold of De Bois's hands but De Bois slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Carp makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Carp. Carp working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from De Bois.
That's two minutes gone in the round. De Bois trying to control but Carp is working from the bottom. Carp is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and De Bois defends well. Carp is trying to control the position from the bottom.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Carp not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Carp has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. De Bois working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. De Bois postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. De Bois throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Carp is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. De Bois wants to control from the top but Carp keeps moving. De Bois working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. De Bois cracks Carp with a solid left hand. De Bois is looking to work some ground and pound but Carp has wrist control. De Bois scores with a decent looking elbow strike. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jambe De Bois dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Carp is trying to counter with his kicks. De Bois wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Carp lands a straight punch to the body, keeping De Bois at a distance.
Carp throws a combination that misses letting De Bois counter with a right hand. De Bois shoots in and gets a takedown into Carp's guard. De Bois distracts Carp with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. De Bois trying to control the position from guard on top but Carp is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. De Bois stands up over Carp, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Carp is rocked! De Bois works over Carp with some ground and pound from guard. Carp is still in real trouble! Can De Bois finish him? De Bois lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. De Bois throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Carp is trying to control the position from the bottom.
De Bois is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! De Bois postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Carp covers up, he's hurt! De Bois keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from De Bois and the ref steps in to end the fight! De Bois can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:18 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jambe De Bois! A relieved looking Jambe De Bois thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
