Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between AJ Krundel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cool Man (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cool Man is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Sam Margolis and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Man darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Krundel has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Man is working away from the top position though.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Man throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Krundel avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Man.
Man looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
Krundel trying to control from the bottom.
Man tries to pass to full mount but Krundel defends it.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Man feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

With the fighters up against the cage, Man throws an elbow but misses.
Man is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Krundel can't fight it off and eventually Man manages to take the fight to the floor. Krundel looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Man lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Man is trying to control the action in half guard but Krundel is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Man decides to stand and escape the position.
Man catches Krundel with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Man takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Man really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Krundel. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Krundel is fighting off a takedown attempt but Man is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Krundel to the mat. Krundel regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Well Man has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
