Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Moe Syzlak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Duke Oreily (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, James Glass and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oreily shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Syzlak pinned against the cage. Syzlak gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Syzlak shoots and misses
and Oreily counters with a stiff right hand.
Oreily swings for the body but Syzlak moves out of range.
Oreily tries to clinch up but Syzlak circles away and keeps his distance.
Syzlak doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Oreily counters by moving into the clinch.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Syzlak works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Syzlak controls the position from side control.
Syzlak throws a strike aimed at the side of Oreily's head but Oreily avoids it well.
Syzlak in side control, just content to control the action for now.
