Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Uno Unonaki (ranked 5497 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fyurin Maxamadov (ranked 4989 p4p, 0 weight class). Fyurin Maxamadov will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Ivan Kurochkin and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maxamadov throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Unonaki stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Maxamadov connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Maxamadov scores with a nice head shot.
Maxamadov fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Unonaki on the side of the head.
Unonaki misses with an uppercut.
Maxamadov lands a jab to the nose.

so Unonaki counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Unonaki postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Unonaki has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Maxamadov being controlled here, momentarily.
Maxamadov is trying to keep Unonaki in close.
Unonaki controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.

Unonaki stands and throws Maxamadov's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Maxamadov really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Unonaki. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Unonaki content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Maxamadov wants to control but Unonaki postures up.

Unonaki is looking to take a break and control but Maxamadov is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Maxamadov parries the strikes from Unonaki easily there. Unonaki is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Maxamadov to escape.

Unonaki throws a shot from downtown. Maxamadov moves away and avoids it.
Oooooh!!! Maxamadov has knocked Unonaki down with a huge combo! Maxamadov steps away and waves a wobbly Unonaki back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

It looks like Uno Unonaki has been cut.
Maxamadov tries to bum rush Unonaki with a series of wild strikes but Unonaki uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Unonaki was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Unonaki looks to score with a jab to the body but Maxamadov is just out of range.
Fyurin Maxamadov seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Maxamadov cracks Unonaki with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Maxamadov throws a monster overhand right that drops Unonaki! Maxamadov follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
