Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Thiago Cunha and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith Jr scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Donk. Terra catches Smith Jr right on the button with a cross.
It looks like Walker Smith Jr has been cut.
Terra has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Smith Jr.
Smith Jr thumps Terra with a low kick.
Smith Jr thows a body kick. Terra tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Smith Jr throws the kick towards the body but Terra avoids it.
Terra walks forward, straight into a front kick from Smith Jr.
Terra feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Smith Jr sprawling to the canvas! Smith Jr rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Terra finish him?!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Smith Jr turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Smith Jr throws a front kick aimed at Terra's knee but Terra avoids it well.
Smith Jr tries to land a leg kick but Terra saw it coming and moves away.
Smith Jr misses with a kick to the body.
Terra throws an overhand right that lands on Smith Jr's shoulder, as Smith Jr tries to avoid the shot.
Smith Jr throws a leg kick that misses.
Smith Jr is looking to slow Terra down with leg kicks.
Terra misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Smith Jr.
Terra throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
A looping hook to the body misses from Terra. Smith Jr does a little dance to reset his feet.

Smith Jr only half commits to the counter leg kick.

Terra tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Terra takes a swing at Smith Jr's ribcage but misses.

and Terra moves into the clinch.
Terra pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Smith Jr lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Smith Jr misses with an attempted mid kick.

Terra throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Smith Jr.
Walker Smith Jr seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Smith Jr thumps Terra with a low kick.
Terra connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Smith Jr's hands.
Terra avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Terra swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Smith Jr buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Terra lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Smith Jr does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Terra steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Smith Jr is out on his feet! Terra sets himself and nearly takes Smith Jr's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Matt Terra!
