The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maximum shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Mahesa pinned against the cage. Mahesa gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Mahesa slips a jab and a cross from Maximum.
Maximum shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Mahesa sprawls well. Mahesa wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Maximum gets slowly back to his feet.
And Mahesa tries to counter it with a takedown but Maximum pushes his down on his head and steps out.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Maximum knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mahesa on the ground.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Mahesa looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Maximum with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Mahesa seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Maximum is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
