Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pal tries to clinch there but Gaga circles away.
Gaga is looking to counter punch.
Pal wants to clinch up but Gaga keeps it at a distance.
Pal misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Pal moves in looking to clinch but Gaga pushes him off.
Pal keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Gaga shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Pal napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Pal is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Gaga has just dragged him back down to the mat.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Pal can do anything to dispel that myth.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A lull in the action here.
Pal stops Gaga from passing to mount.

Gaga tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Gaga has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
The referee asks Gaga politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Gaga prefers to stall for the moment though.

Gaga wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Pal, who protects the arm well.

Gaga in side control, just content to control the action for now.
Pal pushes Gaga away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Gaga gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Gaga wants to control but Pal is keeping him busy.
Gaga tries to move to mount but Pal blocks the move with his legs.

Pal avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Gaga.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gaga is trying to get an arm triangle but Pal is defending well.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Gaga trying to control the position but Pal is working away.
Pal really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Gaga. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Gaga tries to advance to mount but can't.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Gaga thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Gugu Gaga dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
A shot to the liver by Pal. Beautiful body shot.
Gaga fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Pal avoids it really well and circles away.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Gaga tries to work over Pal's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Gaga is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Pal can do to turn this around?
Pal scores with a nice head shot.
Gaga on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Pal tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Gaga drags the fight down to the ground.

Gaga wants to stand up but Pal is controlling him.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Pal tries to stand but Gaga is controlling from the bottom.
Gaga wants to stand and escape but Pal is having none of it.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Pal blocks the body kick.
Gaga tries to close the distance and clinch but Pal swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Pal rushes Gaga and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Gaga is trying to pull guard but Pal has him pressed against the cage.
Gaga breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Pal scores with the left hand. Gaga knows he should have avoided that one.
Pal keeps the fight on the outside.
Poor Pal seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Pal lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Pal lands a jab to Gaga's midsection.
Pal throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Gaga stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Pal ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Gugu Gaga is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Gaga tries for a takedown but Pal circles away easily
and Pal counters with a nice uppercut.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Gugu Gaga. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Pal closes the distance and clinches.
Pal has Gaga pressed against the cage.
Gaga's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Pal content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Gaga successfully pulls guard.
Gaga tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Gaga had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Pal defends it easily.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Pal decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Nice body punch from Pal.
Gaga takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Pal scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Poor Pal is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Pal scores with a nice right hand.

Poor Pal showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
Pal motions for Gaga to come forward. Pal throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Gaga changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Gaga shoots and misses
and Pal connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Pal tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Gaga counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Pal wants to get back to his feet but Gaga passes into half guard.
Gaga keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Gaga wants to lay and pray for a moment but Pal keeps working.
Gugu Gaga overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Pal kicks off Gaga and gets to his feet.

A slapping leg kick lands for Pal.
Gaga closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Pal's guard.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Pal is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Gaga is controlling him.
Gaga passes Pal's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Pal tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Gaga manages to move to mount!
Gaga wants to control the pace but Pal is squirming around nicely.

Pal tries to buck Gaga off but he can't manage it.
Gaga thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Gaga has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Pal's face.
Gaga is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Pal can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Gaga can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Pal is looking to escape.

Pal is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
