Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leroy Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sebald Mak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Johnson tries to bum rush Mak with a series of wild strikes but Mak uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Mak throws a one two combo.
Mak cracks Johnson with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Johnson throws a left and a right that both miss
and Mak counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Mak not landing any meaningful shots this time. Mak takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Johnson keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Mak thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Johnson's head. Mak stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Johnson to get to his feet. Johnson misses with a double jab
and Mak counters with a two punch combo. Mak fails to land the takedown. Johnson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Mak bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Johnson falls off balance throwing a combination
and Mak counters by moving into the clinch. Mak breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
That's one minute gone in the round. Johnson misses with a combination
and Mak counters with a two punch combo. Johnson throws a series of punches but Mak moves out of range. Johnson throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Mak fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Johnson fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Mak should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Johnson throws an overhand right that lands on Mak's shoulder, as Mak tries to avoid the shot. Johnson fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Johnson keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Leroy Johnson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sebald Mak. Mak shoots in looking for a takedown. Johnson tries to sprawl out of it but Mak keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Johnson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Mak moves away from the strike by Johnson. Johnson is breathing heavily. Mak has Johnson up against the cage in a clinch.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Mak kicks Johnson off and gets to his feet. Johnson throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Mak moves into the clinch. Johnson is trying to break the clinch but Mak has him pressed against the cage. Mak pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Mak misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Mak will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Mak fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Mak will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
A combination from Johnson does no damage. Johnson falls off balance throwing a combination
and Mak counters by clinching up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mak escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
A jab lands there for Mak. Johnson is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Mak. Mak works over Johnson's head and body with a nice combination. Johnson throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Mak throws a combination. Johnson tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Johnson throws a combination that misses and Mak counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Johnson thinking. No joy there for Mak, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

and Mak counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Mak gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Mak tries to break the clinch but Johnson is controlling the position. Mak scores with an uppercut up the middle. Johnson is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Mak. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Mak looking to throw knees to the head but Johnson is blocking nicely.

Mak closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Mak lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Johnson. Johnson on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Mak lands a shoulder strike. Johnson is trying to break free. Mak lands a right hand that snaps the head of Johnson backwards. Mak pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Mak misses with a body kick. Johnson takes one on the button. Mak throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

and Mak moves into the clinch. Mak lands on the inside with an uppercut. A nice right hand lands inside from Mak. Johnson prevents Mak from breaking the clinch. Mak breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Mak scores with a three punch combo!

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Johnson throws a combination that misses and Mak counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Mak misses with a takedown attempt - Johnson sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Johnson throws a right hand that Mak ducks under and follows up with a left that Mak also avoids with ease. Johnson throws a right and a left that both miss. Sebald Mak showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

It looks like Sebald Mak has been cut. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Mak lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Johnson! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Mak misses with a head shot. Mak has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Johnson trying desperately to get to his feet.
Mak is in the full mount, landing strikes. Poor strikes thrown by Mak there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mak controlling from the full mount. Mak looking to ground and pound but Johnson is blocking nicely. Johnson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mak on the ground. Mak is going olschool here, as he tries to force Johnson to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Johnson shrugs it off. Mak thowing shots but they're missing. Johnson holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Mak tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mak controlling from the full mount. Let's hope that Mak has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Mak unloads with some shots from mount but Johnson bucks and avoids them well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Mak with shots to the head and body - Johnson looks very uncomfortable down there. Mak controlling the position easily from mount. Mak can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Johnson is looking to escape. Mak wants to take Johnson's back here but Johnson is holding on to an arm, himself looking to escape.
And that's the end of the fight! Leroy Johnson showed his dominance in that final round. I think Mak has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
