Coming up we have a super heavyweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Paul Greenland (ranked 2992 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sammy King (ranked 22303 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Greenland might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to I Wanna Be Like You. On his way into the cage it seems that Paul Greenland has been attacked by a crazed fan! The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way. King pushes Greenland up against the cage in a clinch. King ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. King no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. King keeping full guard, as Greenland tries to pass. Greenland passes easily into side control. Nice work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. King sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. King wants to get back to full guard. Greenland wants to work for an arm triangle but King is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
King felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it. King wants to control but Greenland is keeping busy.

Greenland takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
