Coming up we have a lightweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Longfellow Deeds (ranked 11911 p4p, 646 weight class) and Ebyn Dall (ranked 781 p4p, 0 weight class). Dall has chosen Under the Blood as his entrance music. Longfellow Deeds is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.
This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the lightweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of New York, with a TWGC record of 20 wins and 13 losses; Longfellow Deeds! And in the blue corner, fighting out of New York, with a TWGC record of 6 wins and 5 losses; Ebyn Dall! The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Yves DeLean and Elvis Blanc.
The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Dall shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Deeds as he jumps to the side. Dall tries to keep at a distance but Deeds has taken the fight into the clinch. Dall drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Deeds definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Dall manages to pull guard.
Dall trying to keep a closed guard but Deeds is proving a slippery customer.
Dall had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Deeds defends it easily. Dall working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Deeds doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Deeds manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dall had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Deeds defends it easily. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Dall is trying to control the position but Deeds postures up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Deeds advances to half guard. Dall trying to control here.
Deeds is trying to control. Dall wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Deeds is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Dall is just riding it out for now. Deeds eventually gives up the hold. Dall trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!

Deeds trying to control but Dall is having none of it. Deeds tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Deeds trying to control but he's not successful this time.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Deeds avoids the attempt from Dall to control. Dall is squirming around, avoiding Deeds's attempts to control the action. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Dall sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Dall is looking to improve his position.
Deeds is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Deeds content to control rather than advance. Deeds wants to control but Dall is keeping him busy. Dall is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Deeds pulls his head out easily. Deeds is keen to just control but Dall is a slippery customer.

Dall sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Deeds is pressing down on Dall's thigh, looking to free his foot. Dall is holding on for now. Dall looking for submissions off his back. Dall is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Deeds's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Deeds's back! Score +4 for clean sweep to past guard: Deeds (6) vs (4) Dall Deeds just trying to survive but Dall is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish.
