Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Craig Stevens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sam Stout (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Sam Stout! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Donald Grub and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stevens throws a sloppy head kick and Stout moves out of range easily. Stevens is looking to clinch. Stout misses with a two punch combination.
Stevens lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Stevens. Stevens fails with an attempt to clinch.
Stout misses with a few strikes there.
Stevens will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Good leg kick by Stevens there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Craig Stevens seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Stevens throws a left and a right that both miss
and Stout counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Stout misses with a double jab.
Stout throws a nice looking combination but Stevens bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Stout misses with the combination.
Stout goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stout tries to keep at a distance but Stevens has taken the fight into the clinch. Stout has had enough of the clinch but Stevens keeps him there for the moment. Stout pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Stevens misses with a combination
and Stout counters with a two punch combo. Stout avoids a punch combination nicely.
A right-left combo lands from Stout. Stevens tries to close the distance and clinch but Stout swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Stevens lands with a nice combination. Stout backs away looking to recover. Stevens throws a one two combo.

and Stevens counters with a nice double leg into side control. Stout won't be happy with that. Stout taking punishment in the form of punches.
Stevens trying to control the action but Stout is working from the bottom. Stevens wants to control for a moment but Stout uses the opportunity to move back to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Stevens is striking from the bottom but he's now found himself mounted! Oh dear - not enough focus on defense there.
Stout controlling his opponent. Let's hope that Stout has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Stevens is in all sorts of trouble here.
Stout looking to control and managing it successfully. Stevens is looking to improve his position but Stout isn't that keen on the idea. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Stevens is breathing heavily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Craig Stevens dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Stevens tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Stout counters with a lovely straight right hand! Stevens throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Stout counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Stevens wants a takedown.

so Stevens counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Stout controlling the position. Stevens in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Stout is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Stevens's shoulder. That is not cool. Stout has knee on belly and moves into mount. Stout controlling the pace for now. Stevens on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Stevens tries to get out of the position. Stevens flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Stout takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Stevens is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Stevens is desperately trying to improve his position but Stout has a good base and remains in mount. Stevens tries to lock up and control but Stout gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Stout controlling from the full mount. Stevens is trying desperately to improve position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Stout content just to control the position here. Stout avoids the attempt from Stevens to control. Stout sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Stevens tries to hold on but Stout pushes him away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Sam Stout showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Stout shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Stevens as he avoids it easily. Stout looks to land a combination. Stevens sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. A nice combination there by Stout.

and Stevens counters with a nice double leg into guard. Stevens throws and elbow that misses. Stout uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Stevens's guard. Nice move by Stout! Both fighters are breathing heavily. Stevens working a defensive guard here.

That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Stout's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Stevens strikes from the bottom but Stout uses the opportunity to move to side control.
Stevens is trying to escape the position but Stout is controlling the position. Stout takes advantage of some sloppy striking from Stevens to pass into mount. Stevens is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Stevens is wriggling around trying to escape.
Stout avoids the attempt from Stevens to control. Stout controlling the pace for now. Stevens is in all sorts of trouble here.
Stout takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Stevens wants to control but Stout is having none of it. Stevens can't escape the position.
