Coming up we have a welterweight kickboxing rules bout between Vrej Nazaryan (ranked 2536 p4p, 325 weight class) and Toktogulovich Bakiyev (ranked 5236 p4p, 517 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Nazaryan might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to DVBBS & Borgeous - Tsunami. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
37 - 23 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Vrej Nazaryan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
29 - 36 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Toktogulovich Bakiyev! The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Marco Blurström and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Good work by Bakiyev as he checks the leg kick. Nazaryan fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Bakiyev connects with a good right hand that stumbles Nazaryan. Nazaryan circles away out of range and recomposes himself. A jab from Nazaryan misses. Bakiyev takes a swing at Nazaryan's ribcage but misses. Nazaryan misses with a double jab
enabling Bakiyev to counter with a crisp jab. Donk. Bakiyev catches Nazaryan right on the button with a cross. A head kick misses from Nazaryan. Bakiyev connects with a right hand. Nazaryan shakes it off. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A left and a right from Nazaryan both land. Nice combination. Nazaryan scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Nazaryan throws an overhand right that lands on Bakiyev's shoulder, as Bakiyev tries to avoid the shot. Bakiyev avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Bakiyev throws out a counter right but Nazaryan avoids it with no problem. Bakiyev takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nazaryan tries a head kick but it misses.
Nazaryan misses with a body punch
and Bakiyev connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Nazaryan misses with a body shot.
The fighters circling - Bakiyev throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Bakiyev showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Nazaryan.
A nice side step and Bakiyev releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. Nazaryan misses with the combination.
Nazaryan moves out of range as Bakiyev strikes. Bakiyev takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Nazaryan connects with a high kick. Bakiyev lands with a shot to the body. Nazaryan throws a combination that misses and Bakiyev counters with a nice uppercut. Bakiyev jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Nazaryan throws a push kick but Bakiyev slaps the foot to one side. Bakiyev looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Bakiyev moves out of range of the body kick. Bakiyev takes a head kick and keeps coming.
A looping hook to the body misses from Bakiyev. Nazaryan does a little dance to reset his feet. Nazaryan throws a leg kick but Bakiyev moved away. Bakiyev misses with a jab to the body
and Nazaryan counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Nazaryan darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Nazaryan uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Bakiyev.
A low kick from Nazaryan is predictable there letting Bakiyev counter with a right hand. Nazaryan throws a combination. Bakiyev tries to block but a couple of punches get through. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Nazaryan misses with a hook. Nazaryan lands a jab to the nose. Vrej Nazaryan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Nazaryan looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Vrej Nazaryan dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Bakiyev throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Nazaryan looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Bakiyev doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter. Crunch! Nazaryan slams his shin into Bakiyev's torso. Nazaryan throws a good cross that connects.
Nazaryan moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Bakiyev is rocked! Nazaryan swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Bakiyev. Bakiyev is still on wobbly legs! Can Nazaryan finish him? Nazaryan tries a head kick but it misses.
A little jabbing left from Bakiyev on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Nazaryan plants his feet and throws a brutal three punch combo that sends Bakiyev swiftly into unconsciousness! Right, left, right! Boom, boom, boom! Bakiyev face plants, battered and bloodied! He might never be the same again after that finish!
