Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Young Lad (ranked 446 p4p, 64 weight class) and Zuillnic Canto (ranked 1112 p4p, 161 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Canto misses with a takedown attempt

and Lad holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Lad pushes Canto back against the ropes and lands a hook to the side of the head.

With the fighters clinched against the ropes, Lad creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Lad creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Canto's defenses.

Canto tries to clinch up but Lad pushes him back against the ropes and lands another monster strike that crumples Canto to the mat! Canto covers up and Lad unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Young Lad really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that THE END 32 logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
