The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boco tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Linewood counters with a stiff right hand.
Linewood works the jab nicely.

Boco walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Boco closes the distance but Linewood moves to the side

Linewood looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Boco!
Linewood lands a nice forearm strike.
Boco really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Linewood. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Boco is working to avoid the ground and pound but Linewood connects with a decent elbow.

Boco tries to improve position but can't.
Linewood is working to tighten his grip on Boco's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Boco has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Linewood is really squeezing tight and eventually Boco passes out! Linewood breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Shock Linewood!
After winning the bout, Shock Linewood thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
