Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Leon Lentz (ranked 5203 p4p, 447 weight class) and Jack Baker (ranked 6207 p4p, 488 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baker shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Lentz pinned against the cage. Lentz gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Lentz fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Lentz lands a slapping body shot.

Baker scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Lentz is trying to escape back to his feet but Baker uses the scramble to pass into side control.
Baker trying to control the position but Lentz is working away.
Lentz is looking for a sweep.

Baker throwing strikes but missing, from side control.
Baker wants to stand but Lentz is controlling his arm.

Lentz on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Lentz tries to get out of the position.
Lentz is not content to let Baker control the position.
Baker is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Lentz will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Baker sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Lentz is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Lentz is looking to reverse the position.
Baker grinds an elbow into Lentz's temple.
Lentz is trying to buck Baker off.
Lentz tries to improve position but can't.
Baker wants to control but Lentz is keeping him busy.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Baker is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Lentz has escaped the position, nice work there.

Baker is working to tighten his grip on Lentz's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Lentz has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Baker is really squeezing tight and eventually Lentz passes out! Baker breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
